One of our recent guests was Alexandra Sforza, also known as The Watchmaker's Daughter, and two of her friends,"Victoria" and "Gerrund."
While they only stayed one night and our time for conversation was limited, I did enjoy talking with her about the jewelry they were wearing, all created by Alexandra (Xandra). She's always been fascinated by clock gears and keys, and a lot of her jewelry combines both, along with wings, angels, beads and precious gems. I lifted this photo of her work from her website.
I visited both of her websites. The Watchmaker's Daughter has photos of her work and also her blog. (Her blog is mystic. Mine is more observational.) She also sells her jewelry on Etsy, which I've heard of before. I'd like to visit Etsy sometime, but I've heard it's a dangerous place--too much cool stuff to buy!
